This Privacy Policy describes how collects, uses, and shares personal information of users that interact with, which consists of websites owned, operated and managed by, including each website that links to this Privacy Policy. We will also outline the controls and choices you have around when and how you choose to share your personal data.

Changes to this Privacy Policy has been working with many people and changing lives for many years and that means periodically, we will update this Privacy Policy. When you interact with our site(s), we collect two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NPII). Our online e-newsletter(s) asks users to give us contact information including name, e-mail address, and other optional communication preferences such as topics of interest, products of interest, birth date and gender.

You may also provide Personal Information directly to us through interacting with special offers or free content; participating in surveys, sweepstakes or contests; and requesting services or information. Please note that, as permitted by law, we may charge a nominal fee for information requests and may require you to prove your identity. Following a request, we will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you in our files.

Please contact to request the removal of your PII from our database or to no longer receive future communications. Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

In addition to the above statement, we would like to point out that when we discuss the etheric properties of complementary practices, either in person or in our literature, we are communicating our own beliefs and the results of research that we have carried out. Furthermore, it should be noted that the information given in readings, or healing sessions, is for informational purposes only, the information given being part of a holistic approach to life, which also forms part of a scientific and holistic experiment. Neither the reader nor Ascending Wisdom can be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information that may be given or intuited. The information given during a reading or healing session is not a substitute for any medical, professional, legal or financial advice and should not be treated as such. By agreeing to receive a reading or healing session, it is understood that the client takes full responsibility for any use of the information given and its interpretation.

It is understood that the client takes full responsibility for understanding and agreeing to the terms, as outlined above, before the commencement of, or participation in, any reading, healing session or other energetic, spiritual or complementary practice offered by any therapist working under the name of Ascending Wisdom.


With effect from 1st April 2008 the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2007 (CPR’s) which implement the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD), came into force.

Sometimes during a reading, the information that is given to you may not be immediately identifiable. If this happens, I suggest that where appropriate, you afterwards make enquiries with family and if need be friends, as it may only be after discussion with them, that additional information might come to light, that you, the recipient may not have previously known during the time of the reading. Or, because our memories are not always as quick and as accurate as we might like, it is possible, you won’t recognise the information provided until a later date.

Although part of the reading I give you may contain spiritual advice and guidance, or advice and guidance about personal and private matters, I would like to make it clear that it is only advice and/or guidance. As the recipient of the reading you are personally responsible for any decisions you make as a result of the information given.

Gift Certificates

All bookings made with a Gift Certificate are subject to availability and change. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No change or certificate for un-used differences can be issued. The actual Gift Certificate must be presented for validation on arrival. Any reservation made using your Gift Certificate will be subject to Ascending Wisdom’s normal policy for booking. Gifts Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no-show. Supplements may apply to certain services. Should the value of your Gift Certificate not cover the cost of your appointment, settlement must be made in full upon arrival.

Ascending Wisdom will not be responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
